Which colors are best for your gear based on your zodiac sign

Hello kittens, I would love to discuss “power color” palettes for you to consider for your gear based on your zodiac signs.

Aries: Deep blood red is typically associated with Aries. It symbolizes their deep, fiery passion.  People belonging to this star sign also need clean, calming colors such as white and pink to help them feel at ease. It’s best to avoid black. In general, rust, saffron, golden yellow, eggplant and mustard are the colours that will instantly appeal to an Aries person.

Gemini: People born in this sign love the color green, as it symbolizes personal growth, rejuvenation and allows your creativity to flow. Other power colors that work for you are black, mustard, light blue, pink and red.

Leo: Pastel pinks and blues suit you well. Wearing these shades will add to the natural charisma you have and enhance the magnetic aura of your personality. Other colors that appeal to you are orange, lavender, and red.

Libra: Purple is apt for you, as it symbolises balance and harmony. Pastel blues, pink and greys also help you channel in your higher intuition.

Sagittarius: Your power colors are orange, pastel neutrals, pinks and eggplant. Yellows and blues are also great colors for you to consider, as they are vibrant and positive shades.

Aquarius: Violets and other psychedelic shades appeal to this sign, as well as calming blue tones. These colors will help calm your emotions and keep you balanced.

Taurus: Pink, cream, blue and lavender really suit your temperament. Avoid wearing red as it affects you negatively, try to opt for maroon. Sky blue and earthy colours like green, brown and beige also appeal to you.

Cancer: Blue, white and silver work well for you as power colors, as they can help channel your natural intellect and inner strength.

Virgo: The color of a beautiful sunset is your power palette. These shades are rejuvenating and in harmony with the Virgo temperament’s boundless energy.

Scorpio: Scarlet red captures the passionate aura of this sign. Shades of black, red and maroon help channel your inner clairvoyance and balance your sometimes wild emotions.

Capricorn: Capricorns enhance their power with earth shades like green, blue, beige and storm grey. They feel most productive when surrounded my natural colors.

Pieces: Light cream shades, blues and greens really appeal to this sign. Bright and violent shades are often jarring to the delicate sensibilities of a Piscean individual.

If you’re not sure what colors you want for your new ears, tail, or other kitten play accessories, perhaps this guide will be helpful to you. 🐈💗

Kindness shown is never forgotten

Hello everyone it’s Betty; you here may know me better as Lady Elizabeth. I’m a disabled kitten and that is what I wanted to speak about today. It has been quite sometime since I have been out and about in our community. I wanted to take a moment to talk about my experience with the chateau as a disabled kitten over these past years; almost 6 now.  A little background on me. I became a member of The Chateau in November 2014. I was #22. (I’m very proud of my number) Goodness has a lot changed since then. I have had many many diagnosis which seems to be how I measure time now. Over 30 hospital visits, hundreds of doctors appointments, and countless diagnosis. Time had flown by.
Disabled isn’t a title I have identified with my whole life. I have no stigma against my limitations or disability anymore. It’s not a bad word. It perfectly reflects the fact that I’m not 100% able bodied anymore and that I occasionally need assistance.

With my time here I have always been amazed with the inclusivity and kindness shown to me. When I became a member I was young and free. I had just met my boyfriend (now husband) and I had just began having problems with my health. Thought I have always been sickly it didn’t effect my lifestyle the way it does now. It started with trouble swallowing and vertigo at 14, then headaches and heat intolerance when I was 20. I didn’t let this effect my social life back then I still went to all the chateau events I could go to, both in and out of state.
Unfortunately It quickly escalated to fainting multiple times a day, being bed ridden and hooked up to an IV more often then not. I slowly scaled back going only to a few events a year. Till it became none at all. On the rare occasion when I did show up to events and parties though no one made comments of the medical devices I had to wear or the monitors I was hooked up to. I made people around me aware of what to do if something happened. People asked the occasional questions which I was happy to answer. The group made sure I was comfortable and included.  No one made a big deal of the fact that I could no longer drink, dance, of be tied up and hung from the rafters. I was amazed at the inclusion I received. It was to no lack of support that I went underground. I just became to ill to leave my home; too ill to participate in most things. Including my own life sometimes.

Except for the occasional outing with my husband or bump into Isibella I went from a member of Chateau high society to a lonely bed ridden patient. The hardest part is not lack of support in our community. Of all the groups I am apart of the Chateau had stayed a constant. I found when I became ill that most people are fair weather friends and they not so slowly disappeared, but the Chateau was always right there if I wanted to reach out. One of my dreams was to manage events. Though I only got to help with a couple of Chateau events because of my illness I’m very thankful to Isibella for the opportunities presented in helping with the events of earlier years. From preforming shibari, kitten monitor, to time keeper, I have had my time in the sun.

As I slowly make my way back into this group of amazing and supportive women the hardest part is not my disability or my limitations because there are few limitations with the support I have received. The most difficult is becoming a member of the community again. Learning to be comfortable with myself, my disability, becoming comfortable around people again, and finding different ways to be involved in the group then just social gatherings and modeling. Possibly behind the scenes work or event management assistance were I so lucky to once again be a pillar of chateau society, but at the very least once again a chateau kitten of high court.

I hope this article helps show anyone with a disability thinking to join us or someone already apart of our community hiding a disability that doesn’t believe they or their disability can be apart of our world because of their limitations YOU CAN! We are not just models basking in the glory of beautiful things, youth, and bubbling champagne. We are an international group of women with similar interests lifting one another up not only online but in the real world. With this being said I know that I have a lot of new kittens to meet now that I’ve emerged from my solitude and self isolation. I’m excited to re-engage with my fellow kitten and vampires once again.
Illness has shown me while beauty and health may not last forever kindness shown to others will.

The Case for Letting Your Kitten on the Furniture

One of the first decisions you must make as a new pet owner is the extent to which you will allow your kitten to use your home’s furniture. While some people would love nothing more than to curl up on the couch with their kitten to enjoy their favorite movie, others are more concerned about the potential of shedding fur damaging the upholstery, or a muddy set of pawprints on the countertop.

I, for one, believe that kittens are precious members of the family, and as such should have access to all household amenities. This includes, but is not limited to- the dining room table, all kitchen counters, the sofa, each and every ledge and windowsill, and, of course, the bed. I personally exercise this right by lounging wherever I see fit in the home.

Are you a new owner who hasn’t made a decision quite yet? Below are three reasons why I wholeheartedly believe that you should let your kitten have free range of your furniture!

1. More Room for Quality Time

Why limit the places in your home where you and your kitten can spend time together? Giving your kitten free use of the furniture makes it that much easier to snuggle up in a comfy spot after a long day. Doesn’t it sound lovely to have your kitten sprawled across your lap as you lounge on the couch? True, you may procure a few accidental scratches or find your vision momentarily impaired by the swipe of a tail across your eyes, but these minor inconveniences are worth the bonding you get to experience with your kitten.

2. Let Us Lend a Helping Paw

Owners have busy lives! We know that you’re often occupied with the many demands of life, such as working or running errands. Why not let your kitten hop up on the counter and lend a paw with cooking dinner? Many of us don’t mind getting our paws a little messy to help out our beloved owners. Once the meal is prepared, you may also choose to allow your kitten to lay on the table and serve you. What a deliciously intimate dining experience!

And lastly, the most important reason that you should let your kitten on the furniture…

3. We’re going to do it anyway!

Here is the universal truth to end this debate: a comfy kitty at rest stays at rest. Despite the threat of a well-aimed spray bottle or the tantalizing shake of a pouch of treats, a determined kitten will not be swayed to move if she is comfortable where she is. We kittens adore stretching out on the bed or sofa in a spot of warm sunlight. We are also partial to curiously prowling around on kitchen counters or napping inside of drawers. Whichever piece of furniture we choose to occupy at a given moment, it is my recommendation that you do not attempt to shoo us away.

After all, kittens are regal creatures who deserve the pinnacle of respect from those we own…I mean, those who own us.

New Year & New Beginnings

2019 is ending and a new decade is starting. I have high hopes and big plans for 2020. Leaving old habits and toxic relationships behind and getting to be me. I actually plan on sticking to my New Year’s resolutions this time.

These past months I’ve managed to become comfortable in my own fur, pick my photography business off the ground and even become a Chateau Kitten! I’m also moving into my 20’s. It’s crazy how time flies.

Becoming a chateau Kitten is truly a dream and I have so many plans for future photoshoots. I can’t wait to see where this year takes me.

A Pregnant Chateau Kitten

I found out I was pregnant just a few short weeks after being accepted in The Chateau and boy has it been a journey! I’ve loved so much of it, but other parts not so much. You see part of my kitten play kink includes a breeding fetish so my Sir and I were beyond thrilled when we found out I was expecting. I received an overwhelming amount of support from my new kitten family and was able to create new bonds that I see lasting a lifetime.

The Chateau has been a saving grace for me during my pregnancy as I had many ups and downs about my body image during this time. My Sir would always remind me I was beautiful and a part of a prestigious group of loving kittens to boot! I received my Opal level collar on the same day we found out I was having  a baby boy and to be able to wear my collar with pride as I walked into that appointment was the best feeling I’ve experienced so far in this journey.

Every time I began to feel down and out because my shoots weren’t going the way I had wanted because of complications with my pregnancy I was able to reach out to my kitten sisters for support. The community I have found since joining The Chateau is unrivaled. I have fully adored being able to call myself a Chateau Kitten.  I’ve had anxiety about being a pregnant Chateau Kitten but at the end of the day it has been the best thing for my mental health. I always had my kitten family to fall back on when I needed an extra boost.

There are some not so glamorous parts of pregnancy as we all know, however if I ever need just an extra boost of glamour I have my Sir put my Chateau collar on me and lay me in his lap with a wine glass of milk. I am extremely excited to take some milk bath photos, after all what Kitten wouldn’t want to be surrounded in warm milk?  Having kitten play as a safe place during this extremely physically trying time has been such a blessing and I am so excited to see where my Chateau journey leads in the coming months!

Rooster Magazine: “Sexy parties at Colorado’s Cat Girl Manor are better than sex itself”

JULY 28, 2019
By: Lindsey Kline

“I’m sipping champagne in the kitchen of the famous Chateau, the Cat Girl Manor where BDSM kittens party and play, when a young woman runs in wearing a leather jacket with absolutely nothing underneath. She announces, “it’s topless time!” and a gaggle of giggling girls follow her lead —  prancing out of the house, pulling their tops off their chests, and crowding around a fire pit on the back porch.

On the veranda of this stunning Victorian mansion are a dozen young, beautiful, half-naked women huddled together, basking in the glow of the fire. We read erotic poetry to one another, applauding at beautiful passages and giggling at naughty ones.”
